Using the Shift Positive® 360 approach, this process turns feedback into a catalyst for growth. Through interviews with trusted colleagues and a personalized debrief, you'll gain a clear understanding of how others experience you at your best and leave with a strengths-based development plan that builds confidence and momentum.Know Your YOU-ness Course
This five day self-paced course is perfect if you're curious about what makes you uniquely you. Through stories, reflection, and creative exercises, you'll discover your core values, identify what energizes and drains you, and gain practical insights into your own "YOU-ness." It's a fun way to deepen your self-awareness and can be taken on its own or as the first step toward coaching.Not sure where to begin? That's completely normal. Know Your YOU-ness Course: $49 for a self-paced, 5-day self-discovery experience.
Growth & Transition Coaching
Empower: Three personalized coaching sessions for $825.
Elevate: Six months of coaching for $3,300 when paid in full or $600/month.
Leadership Coaching: Six months of one-on-one coaching, assessments, and personalized development for $4,500 when paid in full or $800/month for six months.
Shift Positive® 360 Feedback Assessment: $4,000, including interviews, a personalized debrief, and a customized development plan.

One of the best ways to get a feel for what it's like to work with me is to take my Know Your YOU-ness course. As you explore your own values, strengths, and patterns, you'll also get to know me. I complete the exercises alongside you and share my own reflections, giving you a genuine sense of my coaching style and personality.
If you're considering one-on-one coaching, I also recommend checking out the FAQ "What can I expect in a coaching session?" It walks through how I structure our time together and the kinds of questions and exploration you can expect.
Above all, my coaching style is warm, curious, and collaborative. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. Come with a challenge, a goal, or even something you can't quite put into words, and we'll work through it together.

What to Expect When We Coach Together
I'm so glad you're here.
Coaching is your time and your space. Every session is designed around what's most important to you in that moment. Come with a topic, a challenge, or even a question you're still trying to put into words. We can figure it out together.
How a Typical Session Works
You bring the topic
At the beginning of each session, you'll share what you'd like to explore. It might be a challenge you're facing, a decision you're wrestling with, a goal you're working toward, or something that just keeps taking up space in your mind.
We get clear on what you want
Before we dive in, we'll spend a few minutes making sure we're focused on what matters most to you.
You might hear questions like:
What would you like to walk away with today?
If this hour were really well spent, what would be different by the end?
Imagine we're at the end of the session. What would make you think, "That was exactly what I needed?"
How clear are you feeling right now, and where would you like to be by the time we wrap up?
Taking a little time to clarify your focus often leads to deeper insights and more meaningful progress.
We explore together
This is where the work happens.
My role isn't to provide answers or tell you what to do. Instead, I'll ask questions, reflect what I'm noticing, and help you think through the situation from different angles so you can discover the path that feels right for you.
You're always in choice. The decisions, actions, and commitments are yours to make.
Sometimes another topic emerges that feels even more important than what you originally brought. If that happens, I'll pause and invite you to decide where you'd like to spend our time.
We wrap up with intention
Before we finish, we'll reflect on what you're taking away from the session.
You might ask yourself:
What new insight or perspective did I gain?
What feels clearer than it did an hour ago?
What's the next step I want to take?
We'll also identify a commitment for you to focus on between sessions so that your insights have the opportunity to turn into meaningful action.
A Few Things to Remember
There is no perfect way to show up for coaching.
You don't need to have all the answers before we begin.
You are always in the driver's seat. My role is to support your thinking, not direct it.
Coaching is about helping you uncover your own wisdom and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
